G20 Summit: ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದಿಂದ ಔತಣಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ: ಎಚ್‌.ಡಿ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ
